Trying to save my marriage after 2 years separation

Hi,I’m living separately from 1.5 years and completed 6 years of marriage. 1. Now my husband asked for marriage counseling I did later when she said to stay together he said I will only live together if she give me in agreement that she will not file any case for past incidents on me. 2. He only does video calls whenever he wants and no financial support. 3. He came to meet daughter after1.5 years and after multiple requests he left us again. He took multiple pictures with her .his agenda ?

Hi Good Afternoon, In your case you stay seperate from your husband since 1.5 years. and completed 6 years of marriage. as your husband said that he want agreement to not file any cases against him. but ideally this kind of act is morally as well as legally not acceptable. but you have various legal option to work out such situations like restitution of conjugal rights under sec 9 and domestic violence against them. for more details and querries kindly contact us and visit our website.
