Transfer of Share in Property From Mother to 3 adult Childer

Respected Sir/MamMy parents own properties in which they are both owners and now my mother wants to transfer her share in property to her 3 adult children. What is the Procedure.

if your mother transfer her share in favour of her three adult three child then she can do that for these process 1. Firstly she can transfer the property by gift deed in favour of all three children by separately or jointly 2. she can transfer by sale deed. 3.By will 4. by POA

iska simple process hai apki apke mother apke favour mai gift deed kar sakte hai ye iska very simple process hai vo 3 ko apna share gift deed kr de isme koi issue nahi hai na hi koi objection kar sakta hai isme
