Transfer of propertry through Gift Deeds

10 years back I had purchased a land property in my mother's name, now my mother wants to transfer the property in my name. I would like to know what is the best way to transfer land property from mother to son. I have two more brothers.

the best way to take the possession and ownership of this property is by means of a gift deed which your mother can execute in your favour . contact local law for preparation and execution of the gifted

The property that you had bought then you had the right, then you transferred the property to your mother and the property rights were transferred from you to your mother. Your mother has the right if she wants that property. Whether it is given to anyone, now they have the right to give that property to your brother or not.
