Transfer case Azamgarh to Delhi

Hy sir my name is Vishakha.Actually I want to ask about my mother case.My mother went for attend gurmel for my Great grand father.We are separate from Grand parent and my father's brother becouse of we are only 3 sister.Becouse of that they make us out of will and from property.After than we bought some land for living and farming.One day My father's brother and his wife and son, daughter,Uncle and his sons and my grandfather they all came to my house at early morning and beat my parents till they fall unconscious.They beat them brutally.In which she(my mother) she had head injury and 1middle finger of left hand.After thehospital they make wardboy for giving poison for my mother.after all these happened the police didnot take any action.we file a case about all these.but there were also no response. every hearing they make excuse and extend date by giving money.And village Pardhan also favour them.When ever Police summon them Pardhan make them stop for doing this.So what should I do?

your name is Vishakha you want to ask about your mother case your mother attend government for grandfather they beat them brutally she was your mother she has a head injury one middle finger of left hand after the hospital the board was given poison from my mother and Girish Pradhan also favoured them you can even police saman them and make them stop photo so what should you

Madam.. You can approach Hon'ble High Court and request for the hearing of case within a limited time.. Or if you think that you will not able to get justice in your district then again you can approach to Hon'ble High Court, requesting transfer of case.. But if you want to get the case transfer to Delhi, then you have to approach Hon'ble Supreme Court by filing Transfer Petition. Thanks and Regards

नमस्कार महोदया, सबसे पहले तो मैं आपसे कहना चाहूंगा कि आप न्याय व्यवस्था में विश्वास बनाए रखिए। आप अपने अधिवक्ता से मिलिए यदि summon नहीं ले रहे हैं प्रधान तो आप फिर से एक बार summon भिजवाए। इसके उपरांत भी वह कोर्ट में उपस्थित नहीं होते हैं तो अपने अधिवक्ता से वॉरंट भिजवाने हेतु प्रार्थना - पत्र दिलवाइए। और कुछ विस्तार में जानना चाहती हों तो कॉल के जरिए या मिलके ही इसपर आपको बता सकता हूं। धन्यवाद।
