Torture by daughter in law to Mother in law

My father expired in 2006 and mother age is 65 age and getting pension.my brother not do any work and got 2 male kids age of 16 & 18.My mother giving some amount to him monthly for livelihood. Now the problem is from daughter in law and she is torturing my mother intentionally and demanding to give all the pension amount every month to her and to leave home using filthy language and also demanding to write property on her name. The home is on my mother name. Please give me suggestion to avoid her torture

first of all you have to talk with your sister in law, and warn her not to harrass your mother and if she doesn't stop her evil acts then you take your mother to police and give a complainet on her, even a case can be filed in the honble Court.
