Took home loan jointly husband stopped making monthly emi payments

Home loan is taken in joint name husband backed out and taken seperation out of court by MOU just after 8 months and stopped the payment of emi cheques and denied paying monthly emi of home since then i am paying home loan possession is with me but i am afraid of if he claims the property in future as he is mentioned in joint name.
