To Prepare SLP,on allowed the condone delay petition by the HC

Facts of case 1.Matrimonial matter 2.Husband filed U/S 9 of H.M act & wife Filed 13(i)(a) of H.M act in the same PSJ 3.the husband case U/S 9 of H.M act decreed where as the wife's case U/S 13(i)(a) HM act Dismissed 4. over which the wife filled appeal in both cases with condoned delay of the 167days with manipulated doctor certificate, filed before HC, in the mean while husband tried to the collect the doctor certificate as well as school attendance certificate where the wife had been working 100 days as a teacher in a school 5.the husband efforts are succeed to get school attendance register but failed to obtain the doctor certificate & treatment record at ETC.Reason of wife's parents managed to the hospital authority 6.on enquriry of district medical health officer that the doctor's nursing home & his DGO is not registered 7.though the wife submitted false affidavit,HC allowed 8. can it be entertained & would it be succeed in favor of husband in SLP. plz give advice.
