File a revision/appeal before High Court. But you can get a stay only if the wife has personal property or personal income or you don't be able to pay. Lawyers fees depends on standing at the Bar and his experience.

Dear Sir,
It has to be challenged before High Court and the High Court may increase or decrease the alimony if your wife files cross appeal saying that the alimony granted by Shivmogga Court is too low. Anyhow you can challenge orders by passed by Family Court and get a stay order depending upon the merits of your case. The fee of advocate depends upon the profile of advocate you choose and normally ranges between Rs. 50,000/- to 2,00,000/-.
