Time limit for high court appeal.

Meri beti ka district court me section 125 maintenance case ka decision abi 15 Feb ko hua hai ,just bare me muje pata nhi hai Kya decide hua hai.Court Jane par vo kehte hai time lagega .Mai decision ka pata kaise Kar sakti hu.Order ki copy kaise milegi?
Agar against order hai to high court me appeal kab Tak Kar sakti hai?
Aur agar favour me decide hua to execute kab Tak hoga?
please let me know we can get the order cheked for you and also apply for a certified copy. Further if required an appeal can be filed in the highcourt as well with in due time which is 90 days from the date of order

you pl apply for certified copy of Order through your Advocate who was dealing with the case or by the party of case herself.
Within 30 days of decision by lower court you can apply in High court as appeal against the lower court judgment.
And if the order is in favour you can apply for execution of order in the same court or at jurisdictional court of other party for execution of judgment it shall be an other case of execution.

sir you can move to high court within 30 days from the order of court
it will be essential to file case in 30 days so that proceedings in district court will be stayed and will be checked error of court order
