Threatening by wife to kill herself and damage to me

My wife is aggressive in nature. She generally on little things screamed loudly and throw objects. threatening to suicide and hurt herself. Also she attack on me by knife several times. I have recorded a video of this. I am going through mental harassment for years. Can I file a case against her for harassing me and my parents.

Yes you can successfully file a case against her under ipc. If you have got the video recording then it can also be annexed with the same. You can always file a written complaint with the police station of your area regarding your grievances. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Yes you can file a complaint against your wife in your nearest police station . You can also file a case against your wife in the court . You have several videos regarding the nature of your wife which will help in further case proceeding .
