The husband wants to gift his current flat to his wife via a gift deed, for which he is paying monthly EMI. Is there a possibility to do a gift deed on going home loan property? nnWhat if the husband stops paying the EMI on the property? nnThe wife is unemployed and the marriage is not stable, the husband has an affair, so for assurance, the wife is taking this step to plan to secure her and her son's future.

Well, your lawyer need to make a Gift Deed in such a way, that, you become the owner of the Property leaving the liability to pay EMIs on your hubby which is possible through proper legalised skillful drafting, so that, your future shall get secured.
