Temple marriage needs divorce or not

My sis got married in temple in2012 but registration not done but marriage pics are there. 2015 they got separated bcoz of extream domestic violence but no complain registered. No divorce done.They had no communication,the boy got married to another in 2020, now he is claiming my sis as his wife after 9 years. My sis is not ready to keep any relation. What should be done?

dear client as per your query since marriage was done photos are there so you need to apply for divorce if your sister does not want to reside with her husband because until and unless they don't get separated they are husband and wife is your sister's husband having and photos of marriage with another lady then you can file case against him as being married man he cannot marry anyone without divorce...
