Dear Sir/Madam,
My wife & their family members are talking to me and my parents in the most inferior words and hurt our minds too much. Can any legal action be taken against my wife & their family members ?

எனது மனைவி மற்றும் எனது மனைவி குடுபத்தினர் - என்னை மற்றும் எனது பெற்றோரை மிக தர குறைவான வார்த்தைகளால் - பேசி எங்களது மனதை மிகவும் காயபடுத்துகிறார்கள். இதற்கு சட்டப்படி ஏதேனும் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க முடியுமா ?
( பலருடன் கள்ள தொடர்பு வைத்து உள்ளார்கள் என்று பேசி எங்களது மனதை மிகவும் காயபடுத்துகிறார்கள் )

No- There is no such provision , where husband can file a case against his wife simply for assaulting. But you can move a complaint against her ,if harassment from her continued.

Go to the concerned Police Station to lodge theFIR.
