Surname removal from my name legally along with all legal docuements

My query is about the Family name "surname" removal from my name and all legal/govrt docuements from my side and provide the equal and same respect of identity without family name - surname. also same will be acceptable to submuit at repected office for all Gvrt. docuements like VCard/DL/Passport/PAN/Adhar and School/College certificates either allow to overlook the surnamer legally. My family belongs to WB, Kolkata and I am working staying in Bangalore.
dear client as per your query since you want to change your surname you need to apply for an affidavit by affidavit your name will be changed and you can change it in all documents as per required you need to provide your kyc documents...
