Succession of Property-Legal Heir Certificate

13-Jul-2023 (In Family Law)
I belong to Hindu family, my mother died in 1999. Her father purchased a shop in her name and sale / purchase deed was registered in her name in 1986. We are three siblings (real) and father is alive. He got remarried. I want to know whether we three will get whole of the property equally or my father is also a party or my mama(s) will get claim of the property?

Your mother is the owner of the property and seems to have died intestate, leaving behind four class 1 legal heirs, so property would be divided one fourth each amongst yourselves, your mama would have no right in the property in question. Thanks

All you three brothers and you father will share the property. Although your mama will have no right in the property. And also your store mother will have no right in the same.
