submission of petition for legal heir

Aunt has submitted a petition for the legal heir for Grandmothers property as shen(sole) vs others(all). Does this mean she wants to be the sole legal heir of the property. what should we do in this case as others.

If you too are a legal heir of the deceased and you are not made party in the Petition then you may rightfully object to the petition before the court and pray that you be also made party being one of the legal heir of the deceased.
