నాకు అడిషనల్ ఏజెంట్ టు గవర్నమెంట్ (P.O) కోర్టు లో జడ్జిమెంట్ వచ్చింది,కానీ మా ప్రతివాదులు High court నందు STATUS QUO తెచ్చి 8నెలలు అవుతుంది.ఈ STATUS QUO కాల పరిమితి ఎంత?,మా లాండ్ మాకు రావాలంటే ఏమి చెయ్యాలి సార్.
STATUS QUO is not a permanent it is temporary. Since it's been 8 months , that is still within a normal time frame for High Court proceedings . Immediately consult a lawyer and file an interlocutory application !(IA) for early hearing . You can request the Court to finish the case soon as early as possible, Especially since you already won the case in the Lower Court. Your advocate can help you to request the court to cancel or modify the STATUS QUO. Take an immediate action.
