Hi may I know how long is the 20rs non judicial stamp paper valid?
Stamp paper once purchased does not have any expiry date, it has been held that a stamp paper has no expiry date and many judgments are passed by courts. So if stamp paper is purchased long back it can be used any time.

Stamp paper is valid unless such a stamp paper is banned. 20 rupee stamp paper is for an affidavit and it can be used even after several years. But preferably you buy a new stamp paper for new transactions.
