I want stamp paper from my partner that he will marry me in future.. I want to know that.. That stamp paper notice comes on our address or not
no notice of stamp paper does not come to anyone's homes but doing marriage only on stamp paper does not give you proper effect
you need to fulfill some other legal steps to make you Marriage more effective

You have incomplete information about the Marriage process. If doing a court marriage then there is provision of sending notice to boy and girl house however it is not strictly followed everywhere.

you can go to the lower district court Make an affidavit. the stamp paper is issued under the indian stamp act. the stamp paper will come to the correct address. judicial non judicial fee will be imposed

first thing is that stamp paper marriage is not valid and it is not legally enforceable at all, and untill someone send it to your address till then it won't come to your address and if you want to marry then get it registered your marriage according to Hindu Marriage act so beware and for more information you have to brief your case in detail.
