Sr Citizen not being taken care of by children and harassed

My mother in law is being mentally harassed by her son and divorced wife. What rights and laws does she have to save herself from this situation ?

Good Afternoon, According to Indian law, it is the duty of child's to take care of their parents medically, financially, and morally. But if children refuse to do this or are harassing them, then Indian law makes different provisions for them. for the various legal strategies then contact us and visit our website.
