Sponsored wife's studies abroad but she is not responding to me lately

Sir i sponsred my wife for abroad studies, now she is not resonding. She don't want to live with me.i asked reason why. But she is not responding

you should file a Restitution of Conjugal RIghts Petition in court and ask your wife to resume her marital responsibilities failing which she should bear the costs.
You can file the RCR petition at your marital home or at the place where marriage took place
