Special mirrage without notice period

Actually sir my age is 20 years right now on this December I will become 21 . And my gf is already 18+ . We both are from different religions so we wanted to do a private court mirrage so if in future parents will not agree for us . On that time we can show the mirrage certificate that we are already married to save our future relationship…… but this will be in special mirrage act so court will send notice period of 30 days . What to do in this situation sir ? If the girl do nikkha and after

dear client as per your query since you both have to be adults as per age limits of 18+ and 21+ yes waiting period is 30 days first please try to convince your parents then go for court marriage under special marriage act..
