I AM A HINDU BOY OF 28 AND SHE IS MUSLIM , WE WANT TO GET MARRIED UNDER SPECIAL MARRIAGE ACT AND WANT TO KNOW THE PROCEDURES FOR REGISTER MARRIAGE.

Documents required for marriage registration:- 1). Aadhar Card. 2). Passport size photographs. 3). Your residential proof. 4). Date of Birth proof. 5). Three witnesses with Aadhaar & PAN Card. 6). Affidavits from both of you.

It all depends on your state laws which reserve the power in such cases. Inter-religious marriage is to be informed to your jurisdictional police station before you get married as per laws by some states in India. You may have to approach High Court also if you anticipate any threat from either of your families. You have to get your marriage registered.
