Me and my girlfriend are staying together in a rented flat in mumbai and intend to do court marriage soon. What is the procedure. Please help.
Hello! You need two witnesses each and documents id proof and address proof. And you need to hire a lawyer who will take care of all the paper work so that after the marriage is registered there's no one who can claim anything contrary to the reality as in your parents if they are against this marriage.
