Special Marriage Act supporting documents

I'm Indian Citizen residing in Australia and my fiance is Permanent Resident of Australia with foreign passport from Chile. We are planning to get married in India. I would like to know what all documents we need in order to get married legally in India? Do I request CNI from Australia or Chile for my partner?

Hello, how are you ,the main important documents we need is your adhaar card ,ssc memo ,passport copies of both few photographs and lastly marriage registration applications has to submit in concern SRO office, if any party is not present then documents are change so there is few process we need to file in office...
