I am hindu and got married to muslim guy. I changed name in gazette but didn't update in any of my records. Now i want to register my marriage in special marriage act in my old name. How can I do that?

hi mam if you register your marriage in special marriage Act in your old name, 1. your concerned SRO office submitted related documents 2.first 30 day notice period 3. after 30 days completion your marriage is registered in special marriage Act the same day you get marriage certificate
