I'm muslim IndiannMy wife is bhdhist Vietnamese nWe have a son nWe want to register our marriage in India.I went to local marriage register, he refused us because we already have a child.Loking for help to register my marriage

dear client as per your query where did your social marriage took place in India or Vietnamese and if you are Indian muslim your adhar card belongs to which state say in details you can consult me online by paying consultancy fees..

if you are already having a child without or before marriage then the child becomes illegitimate and your marriage do not ipso facto makes the child legitimate. but it won't foreclose your marriage registration option. after your marriage the status between you and your spouce would change and you can adopt your own child to give him legitimacy and other legal rights in your family. it might sound complicated but a simple legal formality can water it down. finally get in touch with a lawyer to get your marriage registration done.
