You had clearly stated that all the properties are self earned by your father, then you cannot claim any share from your father whether you are married or not. You can claim share on the properties purchased from your joint income or purchased/derived from ancestral income.

You will get a share in your father only after his death. In case he transfers his shares to his other sons or to someone else then you will not get anything. Your father can do anything with his self earned property. You cannot force him to give a share to you. If you are in Chennai and need any further assistance then you can contact me.
