son physical torture to mother

I would like to know what can I do as a smallest son for my parents. After death of my father lease 2 years as my mother being physical harassed by my brother and his wife. My mother live me. House is on my dad's name (lt). There is disgusting and very bad behavior towards my mother. My mother is too much pressure and in frustration fight with each other instead. I want to help my mother as cant see them being tortured . My brother calls us and threatened us as well if we interfere. Pl help how can i save me and my mother.

as the property is on yours father name but he is mo more but his first legal heirs is his wife then his son and daughter your mother has full right on the property you can also get the share in property no one can stop you from it what is your jurisdiction...

if your father has died interstate then your brother has acquired a share in that property. under such circumstances it is advisable that your mother files a suit for partition and also pursue a police inaction case after registering a case of mental and physical torture against your brother in the local police station.

immediately contact local police station or district magistrate or local women police station or womens commission. if you are unable to visit the offices of the aforesaid authorities then google the contact detais of them like phone number or email id and through that inform them about the incidents immidieatly or else contact me. don't tolerate this. Thank you.
