Son not intrested taking care of his parents

My motherilla written her inheritance property to her son. After getting the property he is avoiding his parents and not willing to take care of them. Is there any possible to get my motherilla property back to her name ? nNow the property is transferred to Son's wife. My motherilla also have one daughter.

your motherilla can take back her property from her son as he failed to take care of his parents. it's a senior citizen act wherein the property can be divested back to the senior citizens. let her proceed legally.
