Yes there is a law Maintenance and Welfare of Senior Citizens act 2005 where there is a provision if the son /children tortures his parents/senior citizens/ elders of family they can seek help from police /Magistrate and take protection orders ,order for directing the son to remain away from their home . aap nazdiki police station per is sambandh Mein Sampark kar sakte hain vahan per Ek Adhikari shashan dwara senior citizens ki help ke liye appointed kiya jata hai. is sambandh Mein vriddh janon ki madad ke liye अलग-अलग rajyon dwara अलग-अलग tarike se Aayog bhi banae gaye hain
