Someone from my relatives their inlaws filed complaint 498A

One of my relatives wife and her brother (brother in law of my relative) has given my name with 4 more members of family in FIR with this section 498A, 294, 34,3/4. Police is forcing us into this by using false accusations. This is totally false allegation from them they are doing it intentionally
in fact I have proof that they are lying because I have recorded videos of them when they planned it

If you have proof in your favour so you can not stop police to lodge FIR or to investigate in this . But you can move anticipatory bail to near by court to save your self from arrest by police . You can use your recorded video in stage of evidence in this case . Police have to give you notice of 41a CRPC notice before calling to police station because it is mandatory rule.
