hi i am 26 years old girl.
some girl has complained against me on 1090 that i am tourturing some girl using internet.
i want tht girl in police station.what can i do?
if someone has complaint against you, firstly confrim that do you know that person personally. if yes go and give an application in police station, that person is defaming you for the offence you hve not committed

if police is harassing you then you may approach the court and seek for protection.
alternatively you could also file complaint or lodge FIR against that girl.

You can get an FIR lodged in the nearest police station...and name her as alleges accused in disturbing mental peace of yours, creating nuisance, false allegations on you, etc etc... Then police will call her there...and will ask questions...
