Hello sir, I File RCR against my wife in court. In reply that my wife has file section 24 against me in court. Whether this section 24 is make weak to my RCR case against wife. What will be guideline to fight against section 24 and to make strong RCR case

Section 24 is for maintenance to wife pending the petition which is not going to affect you RCR case. It is only to meant to bare monthly expenses of wife by the husband during pendency of proceeding. You can defend your case on the ground of education and ability of wife to earn sufficient mean to maintain her self.

Hi! Since you have file RCR against your wife as she has deserted you or whatever ground in your petition, there is also provision to file application to have financial assistant and she is able to maintain during the pendency of proceedings. However you can defend the proceedings by filing it's reply that your are not employed, have responsibility to look after your aged father, have some loan to be paid etc.
