Sister's legal heirs after her death if she was a divorcee

My Sister expired recently.She was my only sister. She was a divorcee and in divorce papers they mentioned that husband is taking care of their children. All the children are above 18 years of age. The question is about my dad's property which was inherited by her and me. Now after her death, everyone in her in-laws are fighting for property. So my question is who is the legal heir to her property? Please help
