Sister is shunning away from her legal and moral duties

My sister forcefully kept my mentally unfit mother, at my father's place against his wishes and without my permission. My father and mother never got along from the beginning and were separated. Because of this my father suffered mental torture and succumbed to his illness. What action can I take against my sister??

Well, you can file a case of Private Nuisance against your Sister to create and influence Nuisance via your mentally unstable mother which caused sheer mental harrassment to your Dad, for which, you and your are liable to seek compensation from your sister as well as Injunction that she won't keep your mentally unstable mother with your father.
