Sir/Maam,nIn respect to my sister's case, advocate from her matrimonial side is creating false stories in petition and manipulating evidence e,g, he had written that my sister left matrimonial house 2 years back but he is also presenting DV case and very well aware that Saket court issued Residence/Stay Order.To deface him, I have option to collect all such instances and evidences and send it to Mr. Chandrachud but he will say - my client provided all this thisPls suggest - How I can handle such black advocates? Thanks in advance.

hello client as i can see your issue is about uour sisters case. in this matter as you are clamming that your sisters inlaws advocate is tring to mislead the court through fake and fabulas stories about your sister in this matter . i think the best advice fir you will be to immidiately move to high court with real facts so that tye inlaws sude of your sister should get proper treatment by the way if punishment.

You can always complain about him/her in the respective bar association in which he/she is a member. And if you are not satisfied then you can also approach the BCD or BCI regarding your grievances. Just keep all the evidences in safe custody. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
