Sir, my Siblings name are NOT included in Legal Heir Certificate obtained by the eldest brother of our family. Based on this wilfully incorrect Legal Certificate my elder brother has created an unapproved Layout & sold about 10 plots in it. nnPlease guide me : nHow to ADD my name & my sister in this Legal Heir Certificate issued earlier nnHow to cancel the Layout & further sales by my elder brother in this undivided patta (still in our grandma's name)nnDurai Murugan TN

There is no need to worry. You can file a petition before revenue authorities to cancel the legal heirship certificate. You need to file a petition before registration authority to cancel the registration of plots. In addition you can file a cheating complaint against your brother.
