Sir good morning.My name is sudhmani from karnataka my story is my grand father cultivating land under lease 14 acre I his name when he died my grandmother qauired land under tenacy act after that she made partition deed to their 5 children in that my father t sway allotted 3 acre my father has tow wife's my mother is 1st wife when my step mother give torture to my mother we separated from them my father made a registred will to his second wife son and daughter there is rights for 1st wife daughters

okay I understand your questions so now your father transfer the property to your step mother son and daughter it is ansestealnproperty right so WILL is not maintainable you jabe a right that property so do you need any legal help contact me thank you
