Siblings not informing about dead father's property, how to get info

My father expired last year. And since I was in a different city and he lived with my other siblings. They know about the property he had and are not ready to share that info with me. What can I do?

You should call for a meeting of elders or file a partition suit in the court.
To file a partition suit, you must have atleast a faint idea on the properties held by your father and subsequently you can add the details of properties/ ask other parties to provide full details of properties held by your father.
But first and foremost, you should file a partition suit to know the exact details of all your father's properties.

Burden is on you to know how much property your father had and that you can also issue legal notice to ur brother/sister/siblings to provide you information or you can also file civil case seeking partition of know property of ur father and later wen u come to know about other properties if any u can add the same to ur partition case
