Should written reply be sent in case of CAW cell complaint

My WIFE has filed a false complaint in CAS cell East Delhi. I have gone through 3 mediation sessions as per request from the counselor. I want to know if I should file written reply for the complaint over email to higher authorities as it has completely false allegations. Also Sister in Law and Cousion brother name has been unnecessarily included as SIL is elder and married. Also I have met my brother rarely in recent past and WIFE has not brother for years. Is there any downside of sending reply over email to authorities.

Hi I suggest you have a reply drafted by a counsel denying all the allegations in detail. In case there are any other false cases filed. A reply to that is also necessary. Feel free to get in touch to discuss further. Regards Adv. Abhinav Sharma

You have to take your stand. For that purpose you can always file a complaint letter against the culprits and address it to the higher authorities for better results on the case. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
