Should I tell about my NCR IN the reply of legal notice

13-Jan-2023 (In Family Law)
My husband was troubling me.. so I came to my matrimonial home.. my husband sent me a legal notice..properly drafted by a lawyer..ow I am wondering that when I will send him a legal notice then should I mention about the details NCR that I filed against him or should I not mention about it… if I don’t mention about it .. will it result in suppression of facts if the case go to court? Or if I mention it then it will give any advantage to husband?

If you are planning to send your husband a legal notice then you need not mention the NCR facts but in future you draft a maintenance case or a DV complaint against your husband then before the court it will become mandatory to show the NCR before the magistrate. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

It is better you hire an expert advocate to draft the reply bcoz your one wrong sentence will open the door for him to take advantage! Let the expert advocate use his legal mind to coverup everything if required ! Thanks n b in touch
