Should bail be taken even after charge sheet is filed.

27-Dec-2023 (In Family Law)
My in laws have laid section 420 on me. The bail was submitted to police station after the complaint was raised. The charge sheet was sent to court. Should I take bail again in the court. Or can the same bail be submitted which was taken earlier.

Yes, you have required to take regular bail by submitting earlier bail before the reguler court. If police has submitted B report, then you need not take bail, if A report submitted then you must take regular bail from the court. You are personal consultation kindly contact.

The first bail seems like an anticipatory bail as you have taken it even before the charge sheet was sent to the Court. As such, you might have to obtain a regular bail by appearing in Court. in any event, what are the proceedings now at? Are you represented in Court? What order has the Court passed now that the case is in Court?

Hi
yes once the charge sheet is filed you all have to take Bail before the Hon'ble court because you have not appeared before the Hon'ble court after filing of FIR . The Bail was earlier before police, is not applicable before Hon'ble court.
