Share of Ancestral Property....................

Sir I am the single girl child of my parents. My grandfather does not want to give any property to my father because I am a girl. He is giving all his property to my uncle because he has a boy. Sir my father is not taking this matter seriously. What I can do ? I am only of 17 years.

If ur grandfather has ancestors property which he want to give ur uncle then it's wrong by law.
In ancestors property there are equal share to all family members and daughter also .
U have remedy in civil nd revenue court by filing a partition suit.

Hi,
Dear if ur grandfather dont want to give his property to u coz u r a girl child u can claim, otherwise everyone live person have right to give his property to anyone it not compulsory to give there child. But after death child can claim for there right on his property.
