What kind of properties can a married sister get from her parents/brothers?
No share in self acquired property of brother, and have equal share in deceased father's or grand father's property as like a son if they died after 20.12.2004 ...
After the death of either of father or mother, married daughter can claim equal share both movable immovable properties of either of parent.U can not claim any share from the self acquired property of your brother
If she belongs to HINDU family then as per amendment of HINDU law the female member get 50per cent and if she belongs to Muslim then 1/3 of her parental property as per Mohammed law . For details discussion you need some legal Assistance.
