Settlement and release documents regarding

My mom,dad and brother passed away. I need to settle to my brothers wife and daughter and need to get release documents from her. How can I do it

you can't register a release deed what is the portion of settlement you can mention 3 release date it is release date when it is between the father and the children's it is settlement you can make arrangements how to share the property what portion you are releasing equally or not equally you come to a mutual consent and share it accordingly
