01-Nov-2023 (In Family Law)
I come from a joint Hindu family, my father and uncle's family has crossed all limits of abusive behaviour towards my mother elder sister and me. We have a joint business run by father and uncle & a home in my mother's and aunt's name. We want to be separated, how can we get this done under the complete guidance of law?
