hi/madamMy got separated from my partner, since he is analcohol and became mentally ill, his parents were not supportive tome emotionally or financially. i have taken care of him all 10 tens.. on one day it was a dispute, they denied to give me any single peny if don't take care of him, but he is totally insane and treat to mylife. so i left his place.. not proceed legally, and the home we live in was purchased by him but on his mother's name. so she was denying to give any property to me. Now, he is totally insane, his mother also left him to roads. How can i proceed further, please advice.

hi you could file maintenance from yihr husband if he is not treating well and also you could file domestic violence case and 498A case against your inlaws and also obtain orders from concerned court of law

madam you have to tell me when was your marriage solemnized if one year is over from the date of solemnization of marriage we cannot file for nullity n if any property stands in the name of your husband you can get it auction and get permanent alimony and interim maintenance can please contact me so that i can help you
