Separated not divorced - what is the right on property?

31-May-2023 (In Family Law)
My husband and i have been separated for 2 years (married in 2016), no legal proceedings. we are just staying separately. Can my husband claim any right on property purchased in my name with my funds entirely at the time of divorce (yet not decided on when will i file it)?

If you people have decided to file a mutual divorce before rhe family court then it is upto you to decide the terms of settlement upon which you would give your consent for divorce. I suppose he is a working person having properties under his name too and if it is the case then...

You can file for mutal divorce if it is agreed between both the parties and if the property is solely purchased by you in your name he cannot claim any share in the said property. If he is not agreeing for mutual divorce you can file under cruelty mentioning all the facts and circumstances what led you both to live separately
