What are the precautions a senior citizen can take if son and daughter in law verbally abuse and threat parents for false allegations?

it is very unfortunate situation which they are facing in such circumstances they can only collect small evidences like regarding expensive they had incurred for or there daughter in law and son if it is possible to install CCTV then it may be installed at place where the residing

you can move complaint before SDM Or DC of your area under The maintenance and welfare of parents and senior citizen Act 2007, in which concerned officer will call you and your children and consider your problem.

If He or She is owner of the house he can ask there son or daughter, son in law or daughter in law to leave there house. Never transfer your property. If they abuse the atleast file a complaint in Police Station.
